Sustainable supply chains in Australia

Sustainable supply chains in Australia

Our co-founder Kimberly Cram MBE joined a strategic roundtable discussion on the development of the supply chain for Australia’s emerging offshore wind industry.

As part of the IMPACT Webinar, Kimberly shared her experience across all three rounds of offshore wind projects in Taiwan, particularly highlighting the role of setting hard, prescribed levels of localisation, particularly in components where the supply chain does not exist, in encouraging the market to slow down.

It will be interesting to see how new offshore wind markets will learn from the Taiwan experience when developing their industrial policies.
