Our senior team has significant global offshore wind experience

Our founders are among the most experienced offshore wind leaders in APAC.

They bring experience from the offshore wind sector in Europe and the first large scale projects in the region.

The KIMA team brings a wealth of experience from senior roles with prominent developers in Europe and Asia-Pacific. We have a unique understanding of large energy infrastructure projects from a commercial, technical and political perspective, across all stages of the asset lifecycle.

Our story

Our founders have worked in energy and infrastructure for their whole careers and have held key roles from the beginnings of the offshore wind industry in Europe and Asia. They have been at the forefront of delivering projects across all phases from market entry and bidding, through to development, construction and operations.

We want to support green energy in reaching its full potential on a global scale. There is still a long way to go, especially in Asia-Pacific where there is a big skills gap. We want to use our experience to ensure opportunities are captured. We want to see new markets developed well, so the industry succeeds in the long term.
