APAC Wind Energy Summit coming up in Korea

Looking forward to GWEC’s APAC Wind Energy Summit next week in Korea. Our co-founder Maya Malik will be speaking in two sessions in her role as advisor to the World Bank Group.

Maya first travelled to Korea to talk about offshore wind in 2019 and has been back many times since. With over 30+ GW of seabed rights awarded, the first large scale project completing construction, a thriving local supply chain and plans to auction ~7 GW (~2GW per year) over the next 3 years), South Korea is becoming the most interesting market in the region.
