KIMAenergy speaks at APEC ocean planning workshop in Taiwan

Thanks to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and Chung Hsing University for the invitation to speak at their ocean planning workshop in Taichung, Taiwan.
