KIMAenergy was appointed to lead a bid submission for a top-tier international developer in Taiwan.
The bidding process was highly complex, requiring multiple pre-approvals, local content commitments and firm offtake solutions under tight timeframes.
Our scope was to supply a Bid Director and lead the bid submission.
